What StrideWise stores
- Your Strava name, profile picture link and login tokens, so the app can read your activities.
- Your Strava activities (including private ones you allow): distance, time, heart rate, laps and streams.
- What you or your Claude add: training plan, morning readiness numbers, notes and settings.
What it's used for
Only to show you your own plan and results, and to answer your own Claude when you connect it with your personal connector URL. Your data is never shown to other athletes, sold, or used for advertising.
Claude
When you add the StrideWise connector to your Claude, your Claude reads and changes your data through it. What Claude does with that conversation is covered by your agreement with Anthropic. Keep your connector URL private; you can replace it in Settings at any time.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete my account removes everything above for good and disconnects Strava. Revoking StrideWise at strava.com/settings/apps does the same. Settings → Download all my data gives you a copy first.
